Call me a hippy but sulphates make me itchy!
Ever occasionally itch your head but don’t know why? Well, some ingredients in regular Shampoos contain nasty things. Things that just don’t make your scalp happy… like Sulphates, you know... the SLS & SLES which are hidden on ingredient labels, but can coat your scalp. Causing that little itch or sensitivities, as well as stripping your hair of that colour you paid for!
Feel clean with a combo of four gentle plant-based cleansers and stress-less with a low-irritant essential oil blend. We use Cationic Guar Gum (from Guar Beans), to strengthen damaged hair over time. And strong hair, is shiny hair. All up this Shampoo will care for your scalp and that hair you’re so fond of - us too, still envious of Becky’s good hair!
Oh, there is one other thing you should know, it’s a little green…that is Chlorella extract, one of the only plant-based sources of highly absorbable, active B12. We want that B12, even if it’s green, ‘cause it promotes strong, healthy hair growth - don’t worry it doesn’t stain even the most platinium of hair (we tried it just to be sure - zero colour transference!).
Our Shampoo is formulated without any bad guys such as Sulphates, Parabens, Formaldehyde or Silicones. It’s a vegan-friendly Shampoo that’s suitable for all hair types, but especially created with sensitivities in mind.
As with all our products, if you have a reaction, we will 100% refund your money, but it is always good to patch test first to ensure you don’t have any plant allergies - cause no one wants you irritated.
Rub this goop into your scalp like the head massages from your hairdresser, comb through to your mid-lengths and ends. Double wash if you need a detox or your hair is particularly dirty.

We ship Australia wide.
We use Australia Post or Sendle to deliver our products at a flat rate of $10 per order within Australia or FREE shipping if purchasing $200.00 or more (up to 3kgs) - exluding bulky items as stated on the items page description. Please contact store for a transport quote if required.
Express shipping up to 3kgs is at a rate of $18.00 - over 3kgs will be quoted.
The Tribe is not liable for lost or stolen parcels in any point of transit from our Business to your address. This includes if you authorised delivery instructions for your parcel be left unattended. It is expected that once your order leaves our Business, it is in your care and further under your ownership. It is not our responsibility nor liability to replace any missing items due to this.
Orders will be shipped within 24 -72 hours of receipt of payment, unless your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, in which case an additional 24 hours may be required to pack & ship your order. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery time - delays may occur with Australia Post or Sendle due to COVID restrictions. We ask for your patience.
We have an inventory of our products and endeavor to keep our stock levels up to date. If, for some reason, an item is not in stock or unavailable you will be notified and given the option to back order, change or cancel the item.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn. There must be NO odour of perfumes or body odours, it is at The Tribe's discrection to not allow a return if we think a garment has be worn. All home wares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
- A copy of your Invoice located within your account information, MUST be completed and accompany all returns.
- Returns shipping charges are at the customer's responsibility. If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held responsible and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
- All refunds will be made via the same payment method. Refund fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable.
- We DO NOT allow returns on any sale items.
