Caring for your microfiber towels is very easy. You just have to keep a couple simple things in mind and you can keep your microfiber towels looking "like new”. You can wash and dry your microfibers at home in your own washer and dryer. Wash with warm water and a mild detergent (liquid detergent is preferred to powdered detergent).

Do Not wash with other cotton items, separate colours, do not wash dark and light colour together
Bleach will break down the polyester and polyamide fibres. Fabric softeners or dryer sheets will coat your fibres, making them less effective. If you do not want your microfiber towels to lint, do not wash them with cotton fabrics. The lint from the cotton items will get trapped in your microfiber towels causing them to lint the next time you use them. Drying your microfiber towels with high heat will literally melt the fibres. Instead, tumble dry with low or no heat.

Orders will be shipped within 24 -72 hours of receipt of payment, unless your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, in which case an additional 24 hours may be required to pack & ship your order. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery time.
We have an inventory of our products and endeavor to keep our stock levels up to date. If, for some reason, an item is not in stock or unavailable you will be notified and given the option to back order, change or cancel the item.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn. There must be NO odour of perfumes or body odours, it is at The Tribe's discrection to not allow a return if we think a garment has be worn. All home wares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
A copy of your Invoice located within your account information, MUST be completed and accompany all returns.
Returns shipping charges are at the customer's responsibility. If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held responsible and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
All refunds will be made via the same payment method. Refund fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable.
