All home wares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
- A copy of your Invoice located within your account information, MUST be completed and accompany all returns.
- Returns shipping charges are at the customer's responsibility. If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held responsible and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
