We’re Aussie, so we too love to get outside and soak up some sun, but let’s do it with protection! Using a SPF 40 broad spectrum sunscreen (the slop of your slip, slop, slap routine) can aid in the prevention of premature ageing and visible skin damage, while it may also reduce the risk of some skin cancers. With naturally derived zinc oxide, this locally made sunscreen will act as a barrier to help you reflect the sun rays back out into the atmosphere. It’s suitable for your body & face, baby or nana PLUS it’s not only kind to animals (being vegan-friendly), it’s also kind to your sensitive skin.
Warm a generous amount of sunscreen in your hands to avoid looking like a ghost, apply it evenly by massaging it in everywhere that’s going to be exposed to the sun, 15-20 minutes before sun exposure and it will go clear. Avoid the eyes, slip on your sunnies and slap on a hat. Reapply after swimming, towelling dry, sweating or every 2 hours.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Store below 30°C. Do not use if tamper seal is missing or broken. For external use only. Do not use on broken, damaged or diseased skin.

Aloe’ me to explain…
Get yourself a plant-based wash with Aloe, we will explain why. Aloe Vera is a super ingredient, especially for us irritable types. It soothes and moisturises without clogging or irritating, and it even has healing properties - see, great for smothering AloeVer yo’ body and your face.
You don’t need sulphate to cleanse, it’s main purpose is to foam but it is pretty harsh on your skin just to get some foam action... We ditched it and combined Aloe with four gentle plant-based cleansers that will get you clean without stripping you more bare than you already are in the shower.
For an added bonus, we also threw in Allantoin to enhance your skin texture with it’s smoothing properties, as well as a dash of Peppermint & Ylang Ylang Oils for a refreshing aroma that won’t irritate or overpower.
Here at A Bit Hippy we love mythbusting and exploding truth bombs… the truth is we don’t all really need a different cleanser for our face and body. At least not when your cleanser has been designed with your face in mind, and priced affordably so you don’t have to watch the dollars as you pump away.

Common moisturisers contain things that can irritate your skin over time such as; Propylene Glycol, Petroleum Oils, Silicones and so on… Instead we use a variety of plant-based oils which easily penetrate the skin, naturally.
Starflower, is the perfect nickname for Borage Seed Oil - the star of this show! It’s the highest natural source of GLA (an Omega-6 fatty acid), ensuring healthy skin cell walls, while hydrating, soothing and calming redness.
Oh, plus it’s infused with Coconut Oil, Liquorice Root, Vitamin E and Aloe Vera, making a rich moisturiser your skin will drink up to its health - even the most irritable types.
We’ve left this moisturiser fairly scent-free. The Tribe is not liable for lost or stolen parcels in any point of transit from our Business to your address. This includes if you authorised delivery instructions for your parcel be left unattended. It is expected that once your order leaves our Business, it is in your care and further under your ownership. It is not our responsibility nor liability to replace any missing items due to this.
Orders will be shipped within 24 -72 hours of receipt of payment, unless your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, in which case an additional 24 hours may be required to pack & ship your order. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery time - delays may occur with Australia Post or Sendle due to COVID restrictions. We ask for your patience.
We have an inventory of our products and endeavor to keep our stock levels up to date. If, for some reason, an item is not in stock or unavailable you will be notified and given the option to back order, change or cancel the item.
All our products are shipped from Western Australia.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn. There must be NO odour of perfumes or body odours, it is at The Tribe's discrection to not allow a return if we think a garment has be worn. All home wares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
- A copy of your Invoice located within your account information, MUST be completed and accompany all returns.
- Returns shipping charges are at the customer's responsibility. If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held responsible and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
- All refunds will be made via the same payment method. Refund fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable.
- We DO NOT allow returns on any sale items.
