Express shipping up to 3kgs is at a rate of $18.00 - over 3kgs will be quoted.
The Tribe is not liable for lost or stolen parcels in any point of transit from our Business to your address. This includes if you authorised delivery instructions for your parcel be left unattended. HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?
In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:
- The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn. There must be NO odour of perfumes or body odours, it is at The Tribe's discrection to not allow a return if we think a garment has be worn. All home wares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
