To ensure your home gains the most it can from your Flower Box Home Fragrance product please read below recommendations. 

Premium Diffuser Refill can be used to refill your Flower Box Home Fragrance vessel at the end of its fragrance journey. We recommend allowing your Mini or Hallmark Diffuser to complete its fragrance journey before refilling. Please allow your vessel ample time to dry completely before refilling with the same fragrance - A cloudy appearance and/or suboptimal performance may result if your vessel has not dried completely before refilling. 

Hallmark Diffuser - we recommend allowing your Hallmark Diffuser to live it full lifespan without replenishment.

After 12 to 18 months (when your Premium Diffuser Liquid should be all but gone) is the perfect time to grant your Hallmark Diffuser a new lease on life by refilling your French made decanter. 2 x Premium Diffuser Refills (600mL total) will grant your Hallmark Diffuser another 10 - 12 month lifespan. 

Diffuser Reeds - we recommend replacing your  diffuser reeds every 6 months to ensure optimal fragrance dispersion. With a Premium Diffuser Refill replenishment and a new set of reeds your Flower Box Home Fragrance diffuser will truly have a new lease on life!

Shipping Information

We ship Australia wide.

We use Australia Post or Sendle to deliver our products at a flat rate of $10 per order within Australia or FREE shipping if purchasing $200.00 or more (up to 3kgs) - exluding bulky items as stated on the items page description. Please contact store for a transport quote if required.

Express shipping up to 3kgs is at a rate of $18.00 - over 3kgs will be quoted.

The Tribe is not liable for lost or stolen parcels in any point of transit from our Business to your address. This includes if you authorised delivery instructions for your parcel be left unattended. It is expected that once your order leaves our Business, it is in your care and further under your ownership. It is not our responsibility nor liability to replace any missing items due to this. 

Orders will be shipped within 24 -72 hours of receipt of payment, unless your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday, in which case an additional 24 hours may be required to pack & ship your order. Please allow 7-10 working days delivery time - delays may occur with Australia Post or Sendle due to COVID restrictions. We ask for your patience.

We have an inventory of our products and endeavor to keep our stock levels up to date. If, for some reason, an item is not in stock or unavailable you will be notified and given the option to back order, change or cancel the item.

All our products are shipped from Western Australia.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER?

In addition to your Statutory Rights, should you change your mind, we will happily exchange or refund providing the following conditions have been met:

  1. The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Items must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Garments must not have been worn. There must be NO odour of perfumes or body odours, it is at The Tribe's discrection to not allow a return if we think a garment has be worn. All home wares and giftware must be returned in its original undamaged packaging.
  3. A copy of your Invoice located within your account information, MUST be completed and accompany all returns.
  4. Returns shipping charges are at the customer's responsibility. If the goods are lost in transit we cannot be held responsible and therefore recommend you send all returns by insured Registered Post.
  5. All refunds will be made via the same payment method. Refund fees charged by PayPal are non-refundable. 
  6. We DO NOT allow returns on any sale items.
